Sean Nolan

2024/25 WLUSC Teams:

Sean Nolan grew up playing soccer in the Lehigh Valley for various club teams including St. Thomas Moore, Bethlehem Soccer Club, and Lehigh Valley Select. He played Varsity soccer for Salisbury High School in his Freshman and sophomore years but did not play in his Junior or Senior year due to injury.  Nolan then walked on to Penn State Altoona Men’s soccer team and played for 3 years before transferring to Main Campus to finish his degree in Elementary Education.

Nolan started his coaching career by earning his U.S. Soccer D license in 2013 and coaching the Western Lehigh Titans boy's premiere team.  He coached them from U-13 to U-18 and reached a top ranking of the 8th ranked team in Eastern Pennsylvania.  After a brief hiatus to start a family of his own, Nolan began coaching the Western Lehigh Micro/Futures program from 2020 to 2022.  Nolan then started a 2014 boys team with the club in 2022 which plays in the LVYSL silver division.  Nolan is a 4th/5th math and science teacher in the East Penn School District and has been teaching in the district for 14 years. He is very excited to coach a 2nd 2015 team with WLUSC this upcoming 24/25 season.
