Anna-Kate DePaolo was named the seventh head coach in DeSales University women's soccer history in July, 2020.

Prior to DeSales she spent two seasons as the assistant women's soccer coach at Washington and Lee helping the Generals post a two-year record of 25-7-4 including a 16-2-2 mark in 2019 and consecutive appearances in ODAC postseason tournament.

She arrived at W&L having spent four seasons at Muhlenberg College, serving as an assistant coach and strength and conditioning assistant. In her role as assistant coach, she was responsible for all aspects of the program, including recruiting, administrative duties and player development. DePaolo also spent time at St. Francis (Pa.) University as a strength and conditioning intern at St. Francis (Pa.) University during the spring of 2014.

In addition to her experience at Muhlenberg and Washington & Lee, DePaolo served as an ODP coach with the Eastern Pennsylvania Region, instructing U12 and U16 teams. She also served as a coach with the ESF Camps in Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley United U8/9 girls team.

DePaolo is a 2014 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she earned a bachelor of science in exercise science. She was a four-year letterwinner as a defender and central midfielder, helping lead the Crimson Hawks to four straight winning campaigns.

DePaolo holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and USSF “D” and “E” licenses. She also earned her Masters in Sport Psychology from Lock Haven University in December, 2018.
